Data Research Team Lead

We're currently seeking a Data Research Team Lead to join our Data Research Group and help proactively drive product growth and performance through the provision of strategic product insights and deep expertise with analytical tools and techniques. You will work closely with product managers, medical analysts, and the engineering team and bring your expert analytical ability to provide key product insights, identify improvement opportunities, and drive data-informed product initiatives forward.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Product Analytics, working closely with Product teams on feature development, release cycles, and roadmap execution.
• At least 2 years of experience in analytics leadership roles, including mentoring analysts and driving analytical direction across teams.
• Proven experience operating within product timelines and influencing product decisions through data.
• Strong SQL skills and experience using Python for data analysis, including hands-on work with data analysis libraries (such as Pandas, PySpark, Snowpark, or similar frameworks).
• Experience building and maintaining analytical data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models supporting BI and product analytics use cases.
• Demonstrated experience defining, measuring, and managing product KPIs.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including presenting insights to senior leadership.
