Navina is a fast-growing digital health SaaS company transforming how physicians interact with patient data. Thousands of clinicians across the U.S. rely on Navina’s AI-powered co-pilot to surface meaningful insights and streamline care at the point of care.
We are looking for a Legal Counsel with ~5 years of experience to join our global legal team, reporting to the General Counsel. This is a unique opportunity to take a central role in a rapidly scaling company, working at the intersection of product, business, and regulation.
The role is highly cross-functional and involves close collaboration with Product, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams. You will support both day-to-day commercial activities and strategic initiatives, while helping shape processes and lead key legal domains.
We are looking for a curious, hands-on lawyer with a strong sense of ownership, who enjoys diving deep into complex topics, building scalable processes, and operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with diverse and evolving challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years of post-bar experience, from a commercial department at a leading law firm and/or in-house legal department in a technology company.
- Strong experience working on commercial matters in the US market.
- Proven experience in privacy regulation (U.S.-focused), with the ability to translate legal requirements into practical guidance.
- Highly curious, with strong analytical and deep-diving capabilities.
- Hands-on, proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and execution.
- Ability and desire to build processes, lead domains, and drive initiatives independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment.
