Product Group Lead

We are looking for a strategic product leader to head one of Navina's core product domains. As we scale, we are growing the product organization across several areas - from the platform that powers our products to the clinical experiences physicians use every day. 

In this role, you will own the product strategy and execution for your domain, while guiding and mentoring the product managers on your team. You'll work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Clinical Experts, the rest of the Product group, and with partners and strategic customers — shaping how a meaningful part of Navina's offering operates and scales.

This is a role for someone who drives execution and thrives in ambiguity. 

• 4+ years of proven experience leading product teams, with a strong track record of growing people and helping them succeed.
• A track record of taking products from zero to one, or of meaningfully scaling an existing one.
• Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, fast growth, and evolving processes, while maintaining focus on scalable solutions.
• Proven experience leading B2B products and collaborating with partners and strategic customers to deliver impactful solutions.
• Strong technical orientation and curiosity, with the ability to quickly understand complex systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to explain complex technical concepts in clear, actionable terms.
• Ability to define and track success metrics, analyze performance, and iterate.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hebrew.

Significant advantage

• Experience with digital health products, or a background in the healthcare field — particularly the US healthcare market.
• Familiarity with healthcare data ecosystems (EMRs, HIEs, clinical data).
• Experience leading large-scale data platforms, including ingestion, transformation, and access layers.
