Navina has successfully completed its ISO 27001 audit for 2024, achieving certification under the latest and most stringent revision of the standard: ISO/IEC 27001:2022. This year marks the fourth consecutive year of the company’s ISO 27001 certification, marking its unwavering commitment to the highest standards of data security, confidentiality, and integrity.

“The ISO 27001:2022 revision is notable for its enhanced focus on the principles and best practices of security and confidentiality that form the backbone of trust and reliability in the digital healthcare landscape,” said Ronen Karasik, director of information security and IT at Navina. “Upgrading to this revision not only reaffirms Navina’s dedication to safeguarding customer data–it shows how the company continues to adapt to the evolving challenges and expectations in cybersecurity.”

This achievement follows Navina’s recent successful completion of the 2023 SOC 2 Type II + HIPAA report audit, which rigorously evaluated the company’s controls and processes concerning security, availability and confidentiality. Together, these certifications serve as dual pillars supporting the company’s promise to its customers–ensuring that their data, and ultimately their patients' information, is protected by the highest standards of security and privacy.

Achieving this latest milestone wasn't a solitary endeavor but a testament to the collective effort of the entire Navina team. It reflects Navina’s continuous pursuit of excellence and proactive approach to not just meet but exceed industry standards in every aspect of company operations.

"The ISO 27001:2022 revision is notable for its enhanced focus on the principles and best practices of security and confidentiality that form the backbone of trust and reliability in the digital healthcare landscape, upgrading to this revision not only reaffirms Navina’s dedication to safeguarding customer data–it shows how the company continues to adapt to the evolving challenges and expectations in cybersecurity."
