Q1: I can’t see Navina on my EHR
A: Please verify that the Navina add-on is installed.
Q2: I downloaded the Navina add-on, but I can’t enter the Navina app (app.navina.ai).
A: Entering app.navina.ai will only work if you are logged into eCW on any of your tabs
Q3: Why am I getting a notification that my account has been blocked?
A: It might be because you haven’t logged in for over 180 days. Please contact us through Navina’s support email or by sending an email to our support team
